Re: [Avid-L2] Avid Pan & Zoom - can't make linear path work

If you're referring to what I call the "swooping" feel of Avid Pan & Zoom when panning over more distant locations of the image, this is what I consider to be a deficit of the plug-in. However, some (maybe all?) of this annoyance can be reduced by also using the Bezier keyframe interpolation available in the Advanced Keyframe graph area.

If you happen to have BCC on your system, I encourage you to check out BCC Pan & Zoom for superior controls (e.g. Rotation).

IIRC, Sapphire has a P & Z, if you happen to have that.

Anyone have other suggestions (other than "Moving Picture")?

Cheers,
Benjamin

Thank you - but as the thread is entitled "Can't make linear path work" (when zooming off centre)

Has anyone been able to make this work?

BTW is this fixed in version 8?
