FWIW I heard directly from someone at Avid that this sounded like a bug that was fixed in an update.

Kudos to Avid for reading this list and helping out.

bin disappears from the project window into one of the many folders that

Clearly this is operator error of some sort but I can't replicate it.

Is there any combination of hi-lighting and clicking that moves a bin
into or out of folder a folder? Or can it only be errant dragging
motion?
