Our local cricket club bought a cheap LCD TV to run club sponsorship stills. I made up all the slides and saved them as 1920x1080 jpegs and put them in a folder on a USB stick. In the "media" options I could select "play folder" and "loop". It simply displayed each slide for about 5 secs, then advanced, and went back to the start of the folder and repeated. So easy! Not that you need it, but it also had a "random" option rather than playing in alphanumeric order.
