I just learned from Netflix QC that as far as they know JES Extensifier is the only way to remove the CLAP Atom, "Clean Aperature", from a QT file. I turned off the CLAP in the presentation tab of QTPro 7 but that adds metadata but doesn't remove the CLAP Atom from the wrapper information. Apparently this can effect the ingest into their system. Here is a simple tutorial to remove the CLAP Atom.
