My testing methodology included:
- Audio embedded in HD-SDI -- De-embedded by monitor and captured with camera, also captured as HD-SDI by Decklink card
- Audio embedded in HDMI -- De-embedded by monitor and captured with camera, also captured as HDMI by Decklink card
- Analog Audio -- Unbalanced audio + HD-SDI & HDMI from AJA Io4k captured with camera, also captured as HD-SDI & HDIM + Analog Audio by Decklink card
I am glad it's working for you. However, all of my captured camera and Decklink files are in agreement regarding the latency. And I have no latency-inducing audio processing gear in the chain. Maybe it's an AJA Io4k thing.
