IIRC, FCP7 picks up the TC from the first continuous section of the tape and then just continues with it so that subsequent sections beyond the first TC break have incorrect TC. It has been some while since I tried this.

I have never used it and I don't know what it does with TC. It might do the trick for you.MarcelI want one file only that is a match of the tape in its entirety including the source timecode. I can't have multiple files and I can't have one file with the wrong timecode.
