Deleting audio of course is simple in ProTools bring it down to 0. Extend, move, copy or trim out audio around it or, novel thought, replace it with audio from external sources.
You need to go back and compare it with your copy of what was sent their way by the sounds of it. I hop you can square it up.As for the video???
