I just did a quick test on a new pic and Moving picture seemed to work. It just did not work on timelines built in 8.3 when i went back to the effect. The scale box was not there and there was no way to animate or save the animations. But I started a new timeline and used the effect and it seemed to work. Not sure what that means for older sequences but moving forward may be fine with Moving Picture. Would like to hear what others are finding.
