Another option would be not to use "same as source." What about a QT Ref file? As long as you're compressing on the same machine.
I've had some sequences that would not export "same as source." I ended up choosing one of the long exporting options - clearly that's not something you want to do with an 87 minute sequence. The last time this happened to me it was a 120 minute sequence… six hour export, I think

Couldn't happen at a worse time. Anny suggestions?
