A7s is either AVCHD or XAVC-S (consumer version of XAVC). Unfortunately, the Sony has yet to include XAVC-S support in their AMA plugins.

Yes. After not being able to work with it as AVCHD, I dug into the folder structure and found those MP4s.
Those MP4s are the files that gave me Wrong Format when AMA linked.
In addition to Adobe Media Encoder CC 2014, I recall that the files were also readable in AME CS6. But, I only saw time code in CC 2014. So, I went with that.
