Logmein is working well for us.. We are on PC and audio works as well.

I also use Team Viewer. Works great on Windows. No audio on Mac.
They tell me that is a Mac OS limitation. You used to be able to put a "jumper" from the speaker out to the Mic input and fake the computer out, but you can't even do that anymore.
