Well, with Baselight you can have it put the corrections from the big Baselight into your timeline with the Baselight plugin. Then you can refine/tweak color while inside MC instead of having to go back to the big Baselight. This also means you don't have to render out of the big Baselight as you will do the render in your MC when you are finalized.
