An alternate path is to export an FCPXML from FCP X for the sequence. Convert that to FCP 7's XML format using Xto7. Open that in FCP 7 and export via Automatic Duck. It's a bit convoluted and I think Resolve would be the better approach. But it's another method.
Note that any of these solutions will only convert the edited sequence and not the entire job. Remember that FCP X calls sequences "projects" and what Avid editors call projects are "Libraries" in FCP X.
