Re: [Avid-L2] Avid "untrusted site?"

Jon,

See if clearing your cache of cookies, search history, etc. clears the issue in Firefox.

Thanks for your suggestion.  I changed my browser to Chrome and it went through without a warning.  It must be something to do with Firefox.  I am now awaiting confirmation of my system ID.

Do you see the little green padlock in the browser bar? Or whatever it is that Firefox uses to indicate a secure HTTPS connection?

I'm trying to log into my avid.com account to upgrade into the new
subscription service, but Foxfire warns me that avid.com in an
"untrusted site," and continues to warn me when I agree to make an
exception. Anyone have any idea what's going on? The whole process of
upgrading without losing access to ScriptSync and PhraseFind (I know
I've been assured this is possible if I stay with v. 7) has me nervous.
