If you have dongles, you should probably be able to run 6.5 on an 8
dongle. Maybe buy a second hand system, update the dongle and transfer
the license, then download the software you want from the download
center (actually, with 15 systems, you or they probably have the 6.5.4
installer already anyway.) Through the end of the year updating
anything post-meridian (not including xpress) is just $300 bucks, I
think, maybe $400 with transfer?
Couldn't say about software licensing for that scenario - we're still
using dongles, for reasons like this.
