Eeh - there is still a difference in price! I had to pay £262 (GBP) to get ongoing support. If I can claim the VAT back (which I can't, anymore), that's still considerably more than the US price.

In what country does a company need to pay VAT?
(Yes, you have to pay it, but it will be returned, so in fact you don't pay it, only consumers do...)

Thanks - I know we have to pay VAT but even adding that to the US price, there is a big discrepancy.

Yes VAT has always been a sticky wicket - right Job?  :)  

I am going to run this to ground again with Support and see what they say.  I feel like a broken record with the store  but heck - someone has to be.
