I'm still unsure what this means for owners of Phrasefind and Script Sync. Does "Once we determine what will happen" mean that if it turns out that the deal doesn't happen any upgrade will invalidate existing Phrasefind and Script Sync, which were purchased at some expense? If so, can we join the subscription plan and remain forever (or for the foreseeable) on v.7 and keep our vitally needed Phrasefind and Script Sync?

We are still trying to work thru this with Nexidia but that is no guarantee that it will flush out. Hasn't yet. If you do go with the $299 support/upgrade plan - you don't have to upgrade to 8.x unless you want to.... once we determine what will happen with those options.... you can then upgrade.
