I've been using a 17" Macbook Pro for almost 7 years and it's coming to the end of it's life.
Looking at the new 15" Macbook Pro with Retina Display 2.8GHz and 1TB Flash storage and will install Media Composer 8.
Does anyone have any other suggestions or comments about this or any other laptop for MC 8?

You can change your in point the following way.
Choose script mode as a bin view
Mark all clips (cmd+a)
Press home to jump to the beginning off the clip
Press 2 to jump in 10 frames -press I (for in)
Press 4 to jump in 1frame
Press 1 to jump 10 frames back
Press 3 to jump 1 frame back
