From Craig Rutledge in 2008:
In the bin select "Script view", control-A, clear in /out. You can do the same and set in/outs for a large group of clips. You can go to the head and tail of a group of clips. You can use the forward or back a single frame or ten frames keys. Comes in very handy for pictures or other stills. I just tried it and it still works. --J.B.

I occasionally edit projects with lots of still images and would love to find a way to set Mark IN points for all the stills as quickly as possible, without having to open each file and manually add the marks.
Basically I want to place a Mark IN point "X" seconds from the head of the clip to allow for creative dissolves/effects that might precede that point. As you can imagine manually setting Mark IN points for hundreds of still images takes time.
I haven't found a way to cut and paste in the Mark IN or Mark OUT columns in text view. I can't find anything in the documentation supporting any other approach than the manual entry for each clip.
Has anyone found a way to cut/paste into these columns or otherwise add Mark IN or OUT points more efficiently?
