So curiously I found that you can’t buy more than 3 support contracts on the wed store, apparently that’s a security risk!... SO I have some licences in support via the webstore and some via resellers which is fine. But I’m worried that in year two there is no mechanism for ensuring I don’t fall out of support. The Web store activations can be auto renew as I pay by credit card but I guess the reseller ones can’t be because they are invoices and payment.
I’d be grumpy if I inadvertently fell out of support.
