Hello from Oslo,
I've been out of the Avid-loop for a while. Now I need a little guidance on how to get an old Media Composer license/dongle upgraded to the current generation. I have a set of dongles, which were last licensed for running version 5.5.3, but now they both fail on starting a fresh install of the v5.5.3 app - "License not valid".
Going to the Support Upgrades service online, it does not recognize me as the owner of the SysIDs.
How would I go about updating these two systems? The Avid support site is not very self-explanatory.
