Only a guess but I suspect it's related. If your project rate is 59.94i
and your clip is 29.97p you should get the motion adapters even though
the actual frame rate is the same. It's possible that for some reason
MC is interpreting the frame rate of your clip as something other than
what it is. Have you tried importing it instead of AMA linking? It's a
different path and sometimes issues with AMA don't happen in import and
vice versa. Have you tried using Premiere? --J.B.
