I'm going from memory here, but IIRC, if you consolidate the clips first, 

then I think the formatting and LUT will get baked in.

Then export the .new clips.

Try it on one short clip and see if that works before doing an entire batch.

I want to export ProRes Proxy dailies that have been LUTed/Letterboxed, and synced in Avid.  The camera files are AMA'd, and the LUT and letterbox applied in "Source Settings.  Exporting the Auto-synced subclips from the bin yields MOVs that have the letterbox, but no LUT.  However, if in a sequence, the LUT is applied.  Is there a way to export clips with the LUT?
