Not sure what you need in your shot list, but I have a few ideas that might help...
1) Copy sequence to new bin.
2) Decompose it with 0 frame handles, be sure to include/exclude imported or tape based media based upon what you need or want. This will allow you to include AMA linked media as well. (be sure to turn off "Offline Media Only").
3) Delete the sequence.
4) This bin represents your shot list from the sequence... You can switch to which ever mode you like in the bin view (script or text are probably best). Include or exclude the columns you want and print this out. You have a shot list.
5) Also, you can export this bin for a text based list.
Does this serve?

I was wrong. This does not work for AMA linked material. The AAF export simply ignores the AMA linked clips. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this right away since it does not produce an error.
At this point it appears that the only "shot list" that can be successfully exported for AMA linked sequences is an EDL. I guess that in order to produce a shot list, I'm going to have to do a sequence transcode.

I exported Quicktime AAF from MC and imported into FCP 7 via Automatic Duck FCP Import. Then exported XML and used Sequence Clip Reporter as I always have.
