Don't know if you have any slots available, but USB 3 cards are dirt cheap. You'll find that USB3 will become more common than eSATA, if it hasn't already.

No arguement unfortunately they have some rugged usb 3 drives but my mac pro doesn't have usb 3. I have an esata card but they didn't get drives with esata. Short sided but they don't ask me which drives to buy and this is what we end up with.
