I just posted on the Avid forum. I may go ahead and post to the bug forum once I have a bit more info.


Providing a sample file is easy and I posted the Console error. Quicktime confirms that audio is hundredths of a second shorter (not the "frames" I thought at first glance). I'm not sure why Avid describes the tracks as "audio 3" and "audio 4" since there are only two tracks in the clip.

I've mentioned this to Avid engineering before and they were perplexed. Of course they asked for a file but I never have one around when I'm talking to them. If you could send one, it would be very helpful.
