Right. Drop frame is non-standard for 23.98. It can be created by some software, but use of it can cause issues with some hardware that won't understand it

Thanks John. Found out, you CANNOT change Seq TC in 23.98. You can VIEW the MASTER TC in 30DF (we're delivering to TV) but when syncing, etc, the seq just reads ND.
