Absolutely, you should be able to AMA your ProRes files from a PIX. I'm assuming you have QT for Windows installed; can you play those ProRes files on the desktop?
BTW, I've always had success w. DNxHD 145 files from a PIX, but a couple of months ago tried to record DNxHD 220x on a pair of PIX240s & had multiple problems, but that's another story.
