Thanks everyone for all the info. I ended up using Sony Content Browser. It worked just fine for our needs. BTW, the basic software is free, you just have to paid if you want some of the extras in the program. They do have a 30 day trial. I looked at ShotPut Pro and will probably buy it for my system. Since I was working on a rental system I went the free way. ShotPut Pro's license is CPU specific. They do have a free trail but your edit system (or copy set up) has to have internet access.
