Microsoft SyncToy is really powerful incremental backup for PC (despite it's name). Download SyncToy 2.1 from Official Microsoft Download Center
I use it every night and it just backs up anything new or modified from my internal drives to 2 x external 3Tb USB drives. I also set it to backup the Avid Projects folder and any Graphics folders etc that are in use.
You can schedule it as well and even sync to a remote server useful for getting your Avid project folder offsite.
The only annoying thing on the Avid side is the amount of data in the phrasefind database that gets dumped into the Project Folder.
