I have just asked one of our support guys to set up a test with four OP-ATOM DNx captures to proxy with burnins as you require on a Z820 to see how long it takes.I also did what you need in MediaComposer with the Timecode effect, which you can do, but the renders are horrendous and it requires human interaction and a copy of Media Composer (or four) to do it in parallel.

It's really whether we can keep up with the capturing… I can capture 4 streams easily but transcoding at 4 times realtime is harder esp with burn ins and also we'd have to work out how to translate the reel no etc into a burn in. So it might be I need more PC's to transcode than capture which seems wrong!
