Re: [Avid-L2] Worst upgrade experience EVER!

I believe the equivalent is to 'run amok' sounds way classier than throwing a hissy fit which is what my wife says I do.

In truth I simply vent my frustrations verbally though a none functioning piece of kit (smoke 2015) recently reduced my to lying on the floor of my edit suite in the dark listening to joy division.

I got no advice other than to have the hissy fit it's better than pushing those feelings deep inside just try not to break anything worth more than a hundred bucks.

I have 9 systems to upgrade to v7 and I'm about to go postal (or the Indian equivalent).

Nine activation cards that didn't work, 30+ minute hold time (before giving up), clueless tech support once finally reached, bad response time and still unresolved.  Sigh.
