Re: [Avid-L2] Worst upgrade experience EVER!

 

I have no idea why there are 4 different card numbers, activation numbers, system ID and dongle serial involve in upgrading a system. It is like they don't want you to upgrade at all.

FYI - I have 2 Avid Store logins that is unable to purchase MC upgrades since they migrated to the new model.

Nine activation cards that didn't work, 30+ minute hold time (before giving up), clueless tech support once finally reached, bad response time and still unresolved.  Sigh.
