I did reach out to M but she was unable to respond. My biggest frustration is that they have created a system so complicated even Avid “employees” can’t figure it out.
We used most of the 30 days to make sure there were no issues. We did find a transcode bug that required holding several systems back at 6.5.4.
I finally today have the dongle updater to do 7 of the 9 – which I will have about an hour to do on Monday (after four hours of sleep and in the middle of five hours of driving.
I have been supporting Avid systems in one form or another for 18 years. If I have this much trouble, their system is truly broken.
