Try downgrading to Desktop Video 9.9.3. Desktop Video 10 seems to actually use an older firmware and downgrading helped us fix issues with our Ultrastudio 4K.

MC7.0.4 does not work.

I get an output through the Decklink to my program (SDI) monitor when is pause. When I play, the system freezes. Before 7.0.4 (7.0.3.1), I couldn't switch the HW switch in the MC UI on or off. Now I can and when switched off, everything is fine. I have the current BMD Desktop video driver. Avid support is looking into it. I don't really want to run both the BMD and AJA cards in my Sonnet box if I don't have to. Avid seems to be the only product not working yet with this config. As I said, Avid support is looking into it but just curious if anyone had any other ideas.
