I know this isn't what you want, but my new book has quite a bit about ScriptSync, including numerous real-world examples of how primetime TV show editors (Big Bang Theory, The Mindy Project, SMASH) use it and feature film editors. There's also tutorial example media with a script and a tutorial video on ScriptSync in there.
