I have used DiscMakers.com for about a dozen projects over the years and have never been sorry.
IIRC, one or two were "replications" with glass masters, and the rest were "duplications" from a DVD disc I encoded, authored, and burned myself.
Good printing on the DVD and DVD jackets… and I think one project we did post cards with them too.

That way the process is quicker, and you can write down the winning recipe of correct aspect ratio and color space, and whatever else.
