I get that. My question was aimed at the Resolve round-trippers. I had (erroneously, perhaps?) presumed that a Filmlight plugin in Avid must be better than a roundtrip to Resolve.
If it's not I would be really fascinated to know why.

While the Filmlight plugin is a powerful tool, it is a horrible workflow when you are used to the tightly integrated Symphony CC with source side correction.
