If by video spec you mean something like the info window in QT Pro 7 I did a quick one just to make sure it was the same ProRes HQ and 12 discrete audio channels. If I can get the shuttle drive back I'll look deeper. The fact that it launched with QTX when my computer is set to launch QT 7 for .movs seems very telling about some aspect of the files alteration. I was able to get info on the problem file and alter this behavior but why would my OS 10.6.8 treat this .mov differently than all the others? Seems like there is some resource forky kinda thingy that got alter along it's journey through QC and or being opened in mavericks on the coordinators iMac. Hmmmm, gotta love a mystery, if for no other reason than I've got little other choice. ;-)
