For the last few months I've been trying to reduce my glasses use by doing the 10/10/10 rule which is looking out of the window (something further away than 10 feet) for 10 seconds every 10 minutes. Time will tell whether I'm wasting my time or not. Obviously not so good if the edit suite doesn't have a window!
