Keep in mind if you deleted the old MXF plugin, there are many formats (as Ben mentioned) which will not be available to you via AMA until you update to the newer MXF plugin. You can only install the new MXF AMA plugin by doing an uninstall/reinstall of Media Composer. I found this out the hard way, and had to uninstall/reinstall. But then I backed up my AMA AVX folder, and was able to duplicate it onto the other 14 bays here.
