I've had that behavior too on the same system specs. If I recreate titles in an entire sequence some of them come out wrong. As you say recreating them fixes it. Annoying to say the least. I'm not positive but it seems recreating individually is less prone to this but I haven't tried recreating the entire timeline of titles a 2nd time to compare the results I just fix the ones that are off.
