Hi Curtis,

It means you don't meet the minimum standards to be listed. Could be a minimum number of shareholders, minimum revenue, etc.  In the letter you referenced, it appears to be due to accounting problems, "Company's current progress and timing objectives regarding completion of its accounting restatement and becoming current in its required filings with the SEC". 

Probably didn't get the required paperwork done by the deadline they were given.

That doesn't seem good, but I'm entirely ignorant of what impact there is when being delisted by a stock exchange. What does it really mean?
