For Mac? Avid supports any card supported by the OS.
At its current form, it matters very little as Avid does not utilize GPU
enough to strain any modern video card.

Regarding which card is better it depends what you are trying to achieve
and which specific Quadro card. The 7570 is part of AMD's consumer and
gamer line. The Nvidia GeForce series is usually the more apt GPU to
compare. The Quadro's direct competitor is the AMD FirePro series. Both
are designed for 3D modeling and complex mathematical number crunching.

Any card more than a $100 will often out perform the HD4000
significantly. They are designed as low cost on board chipsets for
laptops and all-in-one computers (iMacs).
