By speed change in QTChange I assume you mean restamping the 25fps QT H.264 clips to 23.98 and then using ignoreqtrate true. I did not think to try that. I was thinking that H.264 is not an I frame codec and that's why it wasn't working but if this suggestions works then my guess that it was an I frameless codec issue would be false. I'll try that restamp when I'm back in that bay.
