I've got a brand new HP z420 running Win1 SP1. Long story but I'm
installing MC5.5.5 for compatibility reasons.
I cannot get an Avid-qualified driver to install on Nvidia K2000. According
to the release notes, configuration docs and the launch screen of MC either
275.89 (which is bundled with the install) or 310.90 are qualified and
should work, but the Nvidia installer says there is no compatible hardware.
It shipped with the 311.66 driver.
I checked the forums and tried to install as the Administrator but no love.
Any thoughts?
