Titles made in a pre-V7 project?

I seem to remember a bug where "safe levels" was broken.

So, I opened the sequence on my Win MC7 and title tool titles were at 110.  I unrendered and they were still at 110.  If I opened the title tool editor and resaved, the level was correctly at 100.  Hmmmmm.
