YES! I had that same issue at the end of last week, on MC 7.0.3 on Mac OS
10.7.5. AppleProResCodec.component is likely version 3.0.3 of 3/29/2013;
but, I am not in front of that system.
The first clip in my 720p/59.94 sequence was a 1080p/23.976 ProRes422 HQ
clip, a Fast Import from a QuickTime captured in a PIX recorder.
I figured the probem was that 1080p clip, and did a Video Mixdown to DNxHD
145. My second same as source export was 1280 x 720 as expected.
However, I see above that your export was from a mixdown as well. So,
perhaps it is a ProRes problem and not that my first clip was 1080p.
