In a 720/5994 project, when I have a prores MXF mix-down, then I do a 'same as source' export, I get a QT movie that's 1280x720 BUT displays as 1920x1080 - that's the 'native' display size. I can edit that in QT pro, of course, but shouldn't the export natively be 1280x720? Seems like a bug - and plays hell with compressor or media encoder. If I do a QT reference export, that displays correctly.
Anyone else seen this behavior? There are not settings for frame size in the export dialog box.
Obviously, the best solution is to NOT WORK IN 720!!, but sometimes one doesn't have a choice.
