Also check out the Atomos Samurai. It records all flavors of ProRes and DNxHD. We shot our feature documentary with it and had few problems (we were one of the first buyers, and later firmware updates fixed the problems we encountered). We had considered and rented a PIX240 when it first came out and had sync/timecode problems -- I'm sure that's fixed now. But Samurai was less expensive too.
